Rev. Richard Moore
Rev. Richard Moore

Having wandered for over 40 years in a wilderness of his own making, Richard finally heeded God's call to the ministry, a call first issued in his early teens. In the spring of 2012, Richard retired after twenty-eight years of employment as a computer engineer to serve our Lord full time, currently as the Senior Pastor of Pilgrim Reformed Church in Lexington. He is credentialed by the Evangelical Association of Reformed and Congregational Churches and enjoys spending time in the Word and in fellowship with his brother EA pastors. He holds a Master in Ministry degree from Newburgh Theological Seminary and hopes to earn a Doctor of Ministry degree, a pursuit he has begun through Andersonville Theological Seminary of Georgia.

Richard is thankful to God for His enduring faithfulness and patience, to Jesus for His great sacrifice, to his earthly angels for their help and guidance, and to his family and friends for their unconditional love and support. He is not sure just what God has in store for him next, but knows it will be great. Jesus said "Follow Me". Richard fully intends to do so, no matter where He may lead.

You can read Richard's messages and essays at The Power of His Word. You may contact Rev. Moore by sending a note to richrmoore@aol.com.

Rev. Dr. Allen Tyndall
Rev. Dr. Allen Tyndall

Dr. Allen Tyndall, first called to ministry at the age of 17, wasn’t sure he could pastor a church when he graduated from Elon College, so he began teaching school. He earned his MEd degree from UNCG during the 17 years he served in public education (teacher, principal, assistant superintendent) and with the VA Department of Education. When God called again, he enrolled in Lancaster Seminary where he received his MDiv degree. After being ordained, he pastored in Ohio and Virginia before finally settling in Kannapolis, North Carolina, his home, pastoring churches. Along the way he completed requirements for his DMin degree from Southwest Bible College and Seminary. He is a charter member of the Evangelical Association since 1998 and served on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Witness Fellowship for 6 years from 1984-1990. In 2000 he was also ordained by the Missionary Church USA. Recently he served the Lord for 10 years as teacher, coach, and principal at First Assembly Christian School in Concord (NC). He now serves the Lord as President of New Gate Ministries, Inc. and is actively involved in prayer ministry, mentoring pastors and teaching.
